**Your Responsibilities**:

- Continuous optimization and Operation of the IT environment focused on Microsoft365, Salesforce and various other SaaS solutions
- Configuration and operation of endpoints, including workstations, laptops, mobile devices and the communication and collaboration technology
- Configuration and operation of office LAN, WAN and VPN infrastructure
- Provide helpdesk support to employees
- Identify opportunities and recommend products and solutions to improve the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience as a Microsoft 365 system administrator
- Experience with configuration and management of Azure AD security principals (Federation, PIM, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, MDM, MAM)
- Familiarity with security-based principals (Zero Trust, Risk-Based Access, Least Privilege)
- Experience in working with workstation, laptop and mobile device administration, Mac and Microsoft software distribution tools, Microsoft Intune mobile device management.
- Experience in administration of network
- and host-based security tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Cyber security and QNAP NAS a plus
