**Your role in our team**
- As an Expert:in in your field, you will be co-responsible for the smooth operations within our banquet department with a size of 748 sqm.
- "Customer Journey" is more than just a term for you, you will accompany events from planning to follow-up in cooperation with our Event Sales Team and the Banquet Service Manager
- Together with the team, you will ensure the perfect set-up of our event location and provide support during set-up & dismantling
- You are the interface between the departments and our guests and know that together with the team you can achieve the best result
- As a specialist in banquet service you share your know-how with your team and support them in their personal and professional development through training measures and meetings
- You keep a cool head even in complicated situations and know how to deal with guest complaints through your expertise and find a solution - You know that even negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude

- First things first: you are a passionate host:in with organizational skills and your heart beats for events & functions
- You have the desire to develop yourself every day, to learn new things and to be part of a familiar and ambitious team.
- Extra wishes or complex requests? You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- You have already gained experience in a similar position and have a hotel management education or comparable training
- Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you are comfortable with both the German and English language
