Part-time position (50%) at EIT Manufacturing Central in Darmstadt, Germany

**About the position**:
In the role of HR Business Partner, you will act as a solution-oriented sparring partner for our managers and employees in the regional office on all HR-related topics. You will support strategic HR planning, succession planning and the recruitment of specialists and managers, including contract negotiations.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Advise and support our managers and employees in all relevant HR areas
- Derive HR policy measures on the basis of corporate objectives in close coordination with the managers of the areas supported and the global HR team
- Proactively support change processes for the further development of the company
- Implement HR tools and processes along the entire employee lifecycle and continuously review, optimize and develop them further

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in HR or a similar higher education qualification
- at least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within an international
- company in the manufacturing sector
- Fluent in English and German. Other European languages considered as a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (German/English) and a positive, winning manner with enthusiasm for HR work with diplomatic skills, as well as a persuasive and assertive approach at all levels
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with corporate goals, as well as consulting skills
- High level of resilience and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Reliable and trusted teamworker
