V2x Solution Architect

**Description**:
We are looking for an **V2X Solution Architect** who is a technical leader with a deep understanding of business goals, business processes and IT solutions architecture, designing and supporting the development of IoT and V2X solutions to ensure that they meet business needs and align with IT architectural standards. The role will be instrumental in creating an ecosystem for Connected Mobility Services, products & solutions internally across our Operating Companies and externally.

As an** V2X Solution Architect**, you will propose IT BSS/OSS architectural solutions based on business and technology considerations for a number of IoT platforms/products/solutions, create architectural designs to guide and contextualise solution development, and act as a bridge between technical and business audiences during solution development as well as working close with other Vodafone Group Technology Teams and Vodafone Operating Companies Technology Teams for Design and Integration alignment.

**Job Responsibility**:
**Key Accountability**:

- Lead evaluation, design and analysis of a real-time V2X broker and IT BSS/OSS solutions that enable IoT platforms, products and solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into an IT architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives.
- Propose IT solution recommendations and alternatives to satisfy customer needs
- Produce technical documentation of systems and integration architectures
- Ensure compliance of solutions to IT architecture standards.
- Demonstrable and recent track record of delivering an architecture and design service on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas across OSS, BSS and Enterprise domains in a large telecommunications IT environments
- Experience developing IT architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
- Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiences
- Good understanding of agile principles and development methodologies
- Good understanding of Architecture principles including Open Digital Architecture Framework
- Experience with IoT platforms/products/solutions
