Aufgaben
- Unterstützung beim Projektmanagement multizentrischer klinischer Studien (europaweit)
- Entlastung der ProjektmanagerInnen bei der Planung, Durchführung, Koordination und Kontrolle administrativer Vorgänge
- Koordination mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern
- Schnittstelle zu weiteren externen Dienstleistern aus dem Invisio Firmennetzwerk
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Studienunterlagen
- Vielfältige Projektaufgaben

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Quereinstieg auch ohne Berufserfahrung und Vorkenntnisse möglich
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Belastbar, flexibel und teamfähig
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ein hohes Maß an Engagement, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten & ein eloquenter Schreibstil runden dein Profil ab
- Reisebereitschaft zu Meetings oder Messen
