**Project Manager**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects
- You manage resources, budgets and allocations for the project within the given project parameters
- You are reporting and tracking status reports
- Present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
- Assess, review and resolve problems arising in execution of projects
- Enforce work standards in compliance with the best practices, standards and procedures
- You ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits.
- Cross functional coordination for logistics with designers, vendors and contractors
- Ensure quality, costs, relationship management and compliance with regulatory bodies
- Monitor project deliverables.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, management, or another related technical field
- 1 to 3 years previous working experience in Managerial position
- Great German Language Skills (**current **level at least C1)
- Great leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong organizational skills.

**Ideally, you ’ll also have**:

- Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools
- Proven leadership record of one or multiple teams
- Knowledge/experience on PON deployment (Fiber optic splicing, cabling, PM measurements)
- Previous working experience in the telecommunications industry.
