MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
**Your profile**
- Degree in Economics, Business Adminstration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related apprenticeship
- Experience with Proposal management
- Experience with creating logistics contracts and understanding the basic contract language
- Understanding of the bid process
- Automotive Industry-specific knowledge and background
- Experience in reporting & interacting with management level
- Good proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, ideally also in Korean
**Your tasks**
Assist our team in the bid qualification and contracting process:
- Manage bid teams and inputs from a variety of suppliers, branch operations, finance & legal
- Prepare and review all aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to Mobis Parts business/operation
- Track and manage risks throughout the bid process
- Manage the bid budget
- Ensure a timely delivery of compliant and sound bids
- Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and operational issues
