**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du begleitest die Auftragsabwicklung vom Bestelleingang bis zur Auslieferung an den Kunden.
- Du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit unseren Kunden, sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch.
- Du koordinierst die Terminkoordination und das operative Tagesgeschäft.
- Du prüfst Kundenunterlagen und überwachst offene Posten.
- Du informierst Kunden über Lagerbestände und koordinierst Korrekturprozesse.
- Du pflegst Stammdaten und archivierst Auftragsdokumente.
- Du stehst im Austausch mit dem Account Management und den beteiligten Abteilungen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise in der Industrie.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen.
- Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und hast ein sicheres Auftreten.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
