rryse are currently searching for a VP of Sales for a rapidly growing startup based in Mitte, Berlin.

This rapidly growing company is active in the B2B mental health industry and has a product that is actively disrupting the current market. With over 3.5 million raised at seed stage, this business is currently in acceleration mode and is looking for a senior executive to come in and oversee this key period of scalability.

To achieve your goals you will be given complete trust and autonomy to hire the necessary talent and manage them towards success.

You will, upon joining this business, invest time to build strong relationships within your team and the organisation as a whole. You will work as a member of the Senior management team and focus on operational activities/improvements in order to win the market. Through your deep understanding of sales and leveraging your creative/strategic mindset, you will support the business in its execution strategy across the board.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute the sales and GTM strategy
- Actively drive sales infrastructure design, pricing & channel strategy
- Build a lean, but highly effective and functional global sales organisation
- Lead closing of high-value revenue opportunities with key target customer accounts and

focus on all sales, revenue development, commercial negotiation, deal-making, and sales

management activities, demonstrating personal expertise in all areas
- Lead, motivate, and hire sales staff to develop, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives
- Mastermind complex deal situations through in-depth validation, firm negotiation practices, scenario planning, stakeholder management, and expert closing
- Work closely with the rest of the management team to navigate key account relationships

**Salary**: Up to 200,000.00€ per year
