For our headquarters in Heidelberg the Group Human Resources department is looking for a (Senior) Compensation & Benefits Expert (f/m/d)
***who shapes with us the cultural transformation of HeidelbergCement. In this capacity, you will serve as the go-to person for a wide range of global Compensation & Benefits topics including Grading, Benchmarking, Job Architecture and Total Rewards Strategy and support with further establishing global Compensation & Benefits structure and frameworks. You will report directly to the Head of Compensation and Benefits.

**Your next challenge**:
- You define, implement and manage the Grading framework and compensation structures for the Group functions of HeidelbergCement
- You drive and lead the global Job Architecture of HeidelbergCement, serving as the key contact point for HR colleagues worldwide
- You support with the design of compensation structures in HeidelbergCement’s global HR suite Workday
- You contribute to developing and implementing HeidelbergCement’s Total Rewards Strategy to support achieving the strategic company goals
- You establish and coordinate a global Compensation & Benefits community collaborating with colleagues worldwide
- You develop and prepare salary benchmarks, coordinate the survey participations and manage the interface to the third-party providers
- You establish and implement career development paths for a sustainable talent management
- You manage the annual staff cost planning process, serving as main contact point for all countries worldwide
- You support in managing and further developing HeidelbergCement’s pension landscape
- You support with further Compensation & Benefits projects and new initiatives
**Your profile**:
- You are a team player who enjoys collaborating in an inclusive and trusting working environment
- You are proactive, well-organized and able to work unsupervised, also under pressure
- You have a University degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Sociology or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits (consulting or industry)
- You are experienced in working with grading methodologies, salary benchmark data and / or with Workday
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have very good English and German language skills
