Lighting Project Sys Team Leader

**Position**:
Italdesign Deutschland is expanding its engineering activities in automotive Exterior and Interior Lighting field and is looking to hire a **Lighting** **Project Sys Team Leader** to join our Lighting Team in Ingolstadt:
**Responsibilities**:
Be the interface of the Project Team toward other departments of the customer that are involved in the different phases of Project/Product development:
- Purchasing
- Commercial
- Production
- Logistic
- Finance
- Quality
Manage the budget of the project on the base of indication of Customer Sys Team Leader Department and being the reference toward the project teams and external suppliers involved in project development on the basis of the different project/validation phases
Give clear directions and instructions to all team members (including suppliers and different team components) in order to develop the project being compliant from the economical point of view.
Report to stakeholders/managers the economical situation of the project
Verify initially and check regularly that duties, roles and functions of team members are aligned with project requests in term of economical efforts and timing compliance.
Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to production cost and expenses
Check with project team leaders and with the customer referencee the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages.
Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment to ensure that project goals are reached in the proper time and at being on line respect to budget forecast
Maintain direct and open interaction with managers to make sure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve proper results
- Regularly interface with all the other IDG department involved in the projects
- Regularly report to management as well as to customer
- Regularly interact and manage suppliers involved in the project checking compliance in terms of timing, performances, cost and validation.

- 5+ years of experience
- Strong background in Automotive Lighting
- Experience with Automotive Electric&Electronics car architecture
- Experience in requirements definition, derivation, construction and management
- Experience about International Lighting Regulation
- Experience in
- program/project managing
- Fluent written and spoken German

- Available to travel frequentely
