YOUR JOB
- Comprehensive preparation for your future role in project management in the bidding phase of public tenders as part of a nine-month trainee programme
- Intensive familiarisation with Bechtle, building up your own network and mastering initial challenges
- After successful completion of the programme, your focus will be on the independent management of motivated project teams and the processing of challenging tenders from the public sector with a focus on Portugal
- You will be the key function between sales and project management, helping Bechtle to place individual IT solutions and products from leading IT manufacturers with its customers
- You have a high affinity for new technologies and are willing to develop further within the scope of your tasks.

YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the field of economics or administrative law
- Lateral entry with comparable qualifications and initial sales experience is possible
- Enthusiasm for the customer segment "public clients"
- Ability to quickly analyse complex issues
- Strong customer orientation
- Enthusiasm and diplomatic skills
- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese, both written and spoken
- High willingness to travel
