Als Head of Finance stellst du dich der spannenden Herausforderungen, das schlagkräftige Controlling & Accounting Team bei Ergotopia zu führen und unseren Finance-Bereich weiter auszubauen. Deine Expertise bringst du im Bereich Business Controlling ein: mit durchdachten und datengetriebenen Analysen & Reportings hilfst du dem C-Level und den Ergotopia Teams das Unternehmen bestmöglich zu steuern. Du verantwortest damit die Finanzplanung & -steuerung via P&L Analysen, Bilanz
- und Cashflowplanung sowie Forecasting. Deine Mission im Accounting ist es, unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse mit dem Einsatz von Tools und guten Abläufen möglichst smart und effizient zu gestalten.
Tasks
- Management der Finanzplanung: Forecasting und Reporting von P&L, Cashflow, Bilanz und Liquiditätsplanung. Je nach Expertise perspektivisch mit Leitungsübernahme des Ergotopia BI Teams
- Übergreifende Accounting Verantwortung: Begleitung des Accounting Teams in buchhalterischen Anliegen, sowohl operativ als auch strategisch. Dies betrifft Debitoren, Kreditoren, Forderungsmanagement und Lohnbuchhaltung - national und international
- Abschlüsse: Verantwortung über die Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen in Kollaboration mit externen Dienstleistern
- Teamführung: Disziplinarische Leitung des Finance Teams nach modernen Leadership Prinzipien
- Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit: Ansprechpartner in allen teamübergreifenden Geschäftsvorfällen mit Finance Bezug
**Requirements**:
- Du bringst einen akademischen Abschluss im Bereich Finance (o.Ä.) mit Fokus Controlling mit, hast signifikante Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Finance Teams und kannst somit alle Prozesse rund um Controlling und Accounting erfolgreich verantworten und optimieren
- Du beschreibst dich selbst als analytisch kompetent, mathematisch intelligent und KPI orientiert
- Du zeichnest dich durch den entrepreneurialen Mix aus Pragmatismus und Perfektionismus aus. Als wachstums
- und prozessorientierte Person differenzierst du, wann 80% genügend PS auf die Straße bringen und wann die letzten 20% detailorientiert gegangen werden müssen. Dazu bist du hands-on und pro aktiv eingestellt
- Du hast einen Hintergrund in agilen Umfeldern (zum Beispiel Start-Up, Consulting // E-Commerce ist ein Pluspunkt), weist sehr sichere Excel bzw. Spreadsheet Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datev auf. Expertise in Tools der Auftragsverarbeitung, Lohnbuchhaltung und BI Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie Englisch fließend
