- Work closely with our product team to ensure further development of our product meets the needs of our customers
- Contributing to the success of the team by continuously driving our goals and optimising internal processes
- Creating and managing content for knowledge base

**We Expect**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years experience in a support/service role
- Fluent French and proficient English language skills
- Another language would be desirable
- The skill to function autonomously or collaboratively within a team
- Ability to deal with challenging situations when they arise
- Strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail
