Tasks
- Creating together with our graphic designer the visual assets for our communication channels (newsletter, social media ) and for printed collaterals, in line with our brand identity
- Taking your passion for design to contribute to campaign ideas hand in hand with the marketing team, and follow the project from concept to delivery
- Editing images and ensuring the design quality
- Supplying all required visual assets in a timely and ordered manner.
**Requirements**:
- You have proven experience in a graphic design role. Experience in a similar brand, retailer or agency is preferred.
- A strong portfolio
- You have completed a bachelor in design, communication or a similar field
- You have an eye for detail and a creative flair, always looking for ways to learn and improve
- You are proactive, organized and flexible
- You possess in-depth InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop knowledge (Premiere Pro and After effects are a great plus) and have photo editing skills
- You are able to work within a team and have experience working to tight deadlines as well, and you can juggle multiple projects and workflows at one time
- You have a great interest in the beauty and fashion industry design trends
- You have a good understanding of layout, composition, color theory, form, and typography
- You are fluent in English (Level C1 and up), proficiency in German is a big plus
- You have experience in content creation (photography, social media, video ) and have tons of ideas to bring to the table

We are flexible with home office but we have a hybrid workflow with two office days in our Kudamm office during the week, so it’s better for us if you’re based in Berlin.
