Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.   What you'll do: As a Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) for the Finance and Spend Management Solutions (f/m/d), you will act as a trusted advisor, maximizing customer lifetime value by delivering solution area expertise to customer executives and their line of business while accelerating near term value delivery via the rapid adoption and consumption of solutions.Build deep executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status with customersIdentify new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded SAP solutionsMitigate churn and manage renewals of SAP solutions/servicesIdentify sales leads and support sales in expansion and upsell effortsManage through crisis and de-escalate customer situationsDrive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions What you bring:Strong executive presence and relationship building skillsDeep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line of business processesProven ability to handle difficult customer situations and discuss complex issues with customer executives3+ years experience with cloud software solutions and delivery modelsExpert level buying center/Lines of Business domain expertiseAbility to apply risk-mitigation strategies to customer situationsKnowledge of SAP solutions portfolio and the business processes they enableSome technical understanding for assigned solution area to address technical issues with customersBachelor's degree or equivalent requiredExperience in business softwareKnowledge of SAAS and IAAS processesStrong program/project management and governance skillsExpert commercial/deal support skillsRelationship-driven mindset with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skillsExperience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions.S/4HANA and /or Office of the CFO background desired (Planning & Analyitics, Accounting & Close, Treasury, Financial Operations, Global Trade, GRC) Language:Fluent in English and German Meet your team:You will work closely with SAP MU leadership, account teams, industry teams, and solution management organization.
