What we offerActive collaboration in a fast-growing company Work-life balance: flexible working hours, full compensatory time off for any worked overtime and monthly allowance for home-officeSignificant responsibility in an international team, right from the very beginningOffice in the middle of vibrant Berlin-KreuzbergOffice fully equipped with Apple technology Regular meetings with the international teamsCompetitive salary (Bachelor/Master 600€/month)Your tasks and responsibilitiesCustomer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Dutch), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp Partner Relations Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)Sales and Acquisition Management: You identify and acquire new Dutch summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools.Your profileYou like working with an ambitious teamYou are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brandYou like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for detailsYou are able to write creatively, originally and to the pointYou are fluent in Dutch and English You want to develop a career in an intercultural environmentKnowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plusThe internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university programThe internship duration is minimum 5 months Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a participant or as a counselorAbout JuvigoJuvigo is Europe’s most comprehensive booking platform for holiday camps and youth trips and one of the fastest growing tourism companies in Europe.
