About the Job The IFF N&H Germany GmbH & Co. KG is looking to hire for the IFF Pharma Solutions a  Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) The IFF Pharma Solutions business produces and sells high-performance cellulose derivatives, alginates and related polymers used for formulations across a broad variety of applications in the Pharmaceuticals, Food, and Industrial Specialties and Personal Care markets. The portfolio is a highly profitable part of the company and has shown significant value growth over the last several years.  We have an opportunity for a Project Portfolio Manager in IFF Pharma Solutions. This role is pivotal for the execution of pipeline projects within Pharma Solution’s R&D and applications organization to further strengthen its operational excellence.  Key responsibilities include: Administration of a portfolio of projects focusing on product development, including project initiation, driving project timelines, recognizing interdependencies, removing barriers and escalation  Budget planning and Controlling on resource allocation and spend  Milestone tracking and setting KPIs and Innovation dashboard via e.g. PowerBI  Supporting financial project assessment and business case creation  Liaise with key stakeholders within marketing & commercial  Preparing and Leading through decision boards  Create and maintain suitable documentation platform for projects  About You Job requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science, business, economics, innovation management, or business relevant;  Understanding of interconnectivity of business processes  Strong ability in partnering with peers and teams to drive critical success factors;  Solution-oriented attitude, contributing to success in reaching complex business targets and deadlines;  Strong networking skills combined with a strong flair for communication;  Positive and constructive personal approach and strong influence leadership skills;  Demonstrated organizational, structural, and know-how regarding interpersonal skills, including confrontation skills, alignment skills, supportive skills, and leading change management;  Ability to create comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders using PowerBI or similar  Experience with SAP and cost reporting and controlling  Strong English skills, both written and oral.  Our offer  You can expect a responsible job in a diverse and technologically demanding environment with all the developmental possibilities in an international group.  The position is preferably located within the Pharma Innovation Center in Bomlitz, Germany. The main language in business interactions is English. The position is fulltime and regular (Vollzeit und unbefristet). Other locations can be Wilmington, Delaware, USA or Midland, Michigan, USA. The Pharma Solutions business will be taking on its next chapter of growth as a trusted partner for the pharmaceutical industry with the announcement to sell Pharma Solutions to Roquette. This move will position Pharma Solutions to expand its industry leadership through continued investment in innovation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and developers worldwide.The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Pharma Solutions business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to Roquette.
