Email Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing automated email marketing campaigns. Data Analysis: Support in monitoring key performance metrics and generating reports to improve automation strategies. Marketing Technology: Work with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) to help create workflows and customer journeys. Segmentation & Targeting: Assist in audience segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement. A/B Testing: Conduct testing on email templates, subject lines, and workflows to optimize campaign performance. Process Optimization: Support in automating repetitive marketing tasks and improving existing workflows. Requirements Enrolled student at a university or college in the field of marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English with high-level stakeholders Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics Eager to learn and take on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Structured and analytical working methods What we offer Contract location would be Goeppingen, Germany Make an impact Take on responsibilities and work on your own projects.
