Then you've come to the right place We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Telesales and support our newly created Key Account team to strengthen our sales activities for the French market. What to expectAs our sales consultant you support both of our core sales teams: In telesales you will consult our business customers — including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses — in their purchase decision for our high-quality commercial kitchen technology, tableware and disposables. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls. In addition, you work closely with our Key Account team, assisting with offer creation and administrative customer support.Your responsibilities at a glanceTelesalesConducting inbound and outbound telephone consultations to advise on and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen products (e.g., professional appliances for washing, cooking, and cooling) to our French customersCreating tailored product offers, including availability and pricing, in collaboration with internal teamsTracking customer inquiries and offers until successful completionBuilding and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up callsIdentifying upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesActively contributing to process improvements through feedback and ideasKey Account SupportSupporting the Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and day-to-day customer managementCreating and managing offers and order-related communicationAssisting with the coordination of internal workflows and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our key accountsActing as a point of contact for operational support regarding large accounts You've got You have extensive experience in sales in a telephone-based role or in a support role for key account managersExperience in the hospitality, restaurant, or catering industry (HoReCa), or with related equipmentStrong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner on the phoneIdeally, experience in telesales or customer service (phone-based)A hands-on attitude and motivation to improve customer satisfactionInterest in gastronomy and technical product solutionsNative-level French and good English skills We've got An innovative product and exciting career opportunities in a startup-like environmentA diverse international team with 70+ nationalitiesFlexible working hours and a hybrid work model25 vacation days per yearHealth and wellbeing support, including private health insuranceLunch support / catering at the officeSubsidized language coursesAn attractive referral programTeam events, MeetUps, and TechTalks…and much more About us We create the future of B2B commerce by giving business relationships a platform.
