As a Field Service Technician (M/F/T), you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site at customers' locations in Germany, and occasionally abroad (worldwide).From your home office, you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps/pump systems (e.g., "SIHIdry" / "SIHIboost") in the Frankfurt/Mannheim/Kaiserslautern/Heidelberg region.Your tasks:Field service, mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair workCarrying out fault and remote diagnosesPreparation of work reports such as maintenance reports, commissioning reportsYour profile:Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or comparableGood PC and MS Office skillsSuitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 IIDriving license class BGood knowledge of EnglishHigh quality awareness, independent work, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientationIdeally, you already have professional experience in a comparable positionWe offer:A permanent employment contract (35-hour week) in a future-oriented industry with attractive remuneration according to the metal/electrical industry tariffIntensive training through individual on-the-job programsTargeted further development and training within a globally active companyOffice equipment for your home officeOn-call duty is paid additionallyA great team and a great working atmosphere await youAt least 30 days of vacation per year - up to a maximum of 14 days of vacation per year additionally possible (depending on overnight stays away from home)Expenses for assembly work up to max. 44€ per day
