Dein Team freut sich darauf, Wissen und Erfahrung mit dir zu teilen und dich gut einzuarbeiten.Deine AufgabenDeine Aufgabe ist es primär, die Risiken unserer immobilienbezogenen Unternehmens- bzw. Immobilienleasingfinanzierungen einzuschätzen und zu bewerten – einschließlich der eigenständigen Erstellung von Kredit- und Überwachungsvorlagen, von Ratings, der Auswertung von Immobiliengutachten und ggf. der Erstellung von Jahresabschlussanalysen im Bestandsgeschäft. Am Anfang liegt der Fokus auf den Bestandstransaktionen, nach einer Einarbeitung erweitert sich dein Aufgabenfeld auch auf die Bearbeitung von Neugeschäft. Dazu gehören neben der Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Zahlen des Unternehmens auch die Bewertung des Geschäftsmodells und der Transaktionsrisiken. Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, dein Wissen zu erweitern und Dich in die Analyse von Leasinggesellschaften einzuarbeiten. Des weiteren gehört zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet die Teilnahme an Bankenrunden bzw. ggf. Kundengesprächen. Rund um das Kreditgeschäft begleitest du aktuelle Themen, wie z.B. die Entwicklung unserer Umwelt- und sozialen Kreditvergabekriterien (ESG-Kriterien) oder die Digitalisierung und die damit zusammenhängenden Veränderungen. Hier bekommst Du die Möglichkeit, Dein Spektrum mit interessanter Projektarbeit zu erweitern und wichtige Schlüsselpersonen kennenzulernen. Dein ProfilDu bringst ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit (Master wünschenswert) oder hast dich berufsbegleitend weitergebildet.Du hast Erfahrung im Immobilienkreditgeschäft oder Immobilienleasinggeschäft (ca. 3-4 Jahre).Du arbeitest gern im Team.Deine MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind gut, deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut (Level C1 oder höher).
