Deeply participating in the solution design of utility BESS projects, establish dialogues with customers' technical executives, and support successful market expansion. Participating in activities such as industry exhibitions, summit and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend, and demonstrate Huawei's professional image. Understanding the mainstream energy storage technical solutions, understanding customer pain points, give feedback to R&D and guiding future product design. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or other related fields. At least two years of full-time working experience in energy storage business. Have a basic understanding of the main application modes of the ESS in various scenarios, especially the business model, scenario features, and product solution requirements of the PV+ESS scenario. Be familiar with ESS project design principles and specifications. Be able to design ESS solutions. familiar with the core components of the ESS, such as batteries, PCS, and control systems. Be familiar with the main architectures of the large-scale energy storage system and off-grid system, and the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions. Fluent in English and other European language skills is a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to travel around the world and adapt to international working environments.
