Ihre Aufgaben Deine Aufgaben: Zertifizierung: Überwachung und Steuerung aller zertifikatsrelevanten Anforderungen aus dem europäischen und nationalen Luftrecht, Abstimmung bei flughafeninitiierten Veränderungen sowie Beratung der zuständigen Fachbereiche zu relevanten Änderungen und deren Umsetzung. Überwachung: Durchführung von internen Audits bei den EASA regulierten Fachbereichen und contracted activities, Mitwirkung bei Audits der aufsichtsführenden Behörden sowie Maßnahmennachverfolgung bei erkannten Abweichungen Berichtswesen: Mitarbeit in der zentralen Erfassung und Aufbereitung von Sachständen, inklusive Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Zertifizierungsarbeit. Konzeption: Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Konzepten zur Weiterentwicklung des EASA-Zertifikats und relevanter Prozesse. Toolpflege: Fachliche Weiterentwicklung des digitalen EASA-Compliance-Tools sowie Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Lenkung der elevanten Dokumente im Rahmen des EASA-Managementsystems. Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen, externen Partnern und Behörden zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zertifizierungsbetriebs sowie der kontinuierlichen Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen. Ihr Profil Dein Profil: Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luftverkehrswirtschaft, des Ingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zur Luftfahrt oder Infrastruktur. Fachkenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen zu luftrechtlichen Rahmenwerken (z. B. EASA, ICAO, ACI, seit 2025 BMV) sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Flughafenbetrieb, in der Flugbetriebstechnik und der luftseitigen Infrastruktur. Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Luftverkehrsbranche, oder im Umgang mit Managementsystemen und mit regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Audits. Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SharePoint) werden vorausgesetzt. Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Partnern und Behörden. Kompetenzen: Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit - gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten auch im Außenkontakt.
