Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Windchill Expert with deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to support and optimize the use of Windchill in aerospace engineering programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing, configuring, and managing Windchill for aerospace design, manufacturing, and compliance needs.   Key Responsibilities: Configure and administer PTC Windchill PLM system for aerospace programs, including change management, document control, and product data management. Develop and maintain Windchill workflows for Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and Configuration Management. Integrate Windchill with CAD tools like Creo, CATIA V5/3DX, or NX. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure PLM solutions align with aerospace standards and project requirements. Customize Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink) using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, or REST APIs. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and other aerospace-specific regulations and export controls. Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for Windchill-related issues. Lead data migration, upgrade, and backup processes. Prepare technical documentation for Windchill configurations and usage protocols.
