Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.Main Responsibilities:Ensuring that all activities are carried to GMP and GDPPerforming the post pick verification of Clinical Trial shipments to ensure that the appropriate supplies have been picked and have been prepared ready for despatch correctlyPerforming the verification that temperature -controlled shipments (e.g cold chain, frozen) have been configured correctly including the activation of temperature monitoring devicesInspections of pick and pack cubicles or areas before materials or products are introduced to ensure the absence of materials or products from previous operationQuality oversight of all point of dispatch labellingPerform spot checks of warehouse logbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation PracticeCross functional support with the QC inspector roleAssisting QA with the investigation of customer complaints and deviationsPrevious Work Experience: Distribution/warehouse environment GMP environmentExperience within a quality role, is desirableSpecific Knowledge / Skills Competence:A high level of attention to detail is essential for the successful outcome of this roleExperience in the clinical supply fieldUnderstanding of Quality Standards including GMP, GCP and GDPKnowledge of Sage 200 or similar enterprise management systemsIT literate in standard packages (MS Office)Good written and communication skills in English and GermanJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
