As part of our Quality team, you ensure that our processes meet the highest standards, enabling us to turn cutting-edge ideas into flight-ready solutions.Project-Level Quality Assurance: You implement quality measures, risk controls, and verification steps as integral components of product development and production processes.Process Clarity and Execution: You ensure that quality-relevant process steps are clearly defined, understood by all teams, and effectively executed at all production stations.Cross-Functional Alignment: You facilitate a consistent definition of standards, failure risks, and acceptance criteria across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.Structured Root Cause Analysis: You analyze deviations (e.g., using the 8D method), derive sustainable corrective actions, and feed the resulting insights back into processes.Data-Driven Decision Making: You identify and evaluate quality issues and process risks based on structured data and documentation — with a strong attention to detail and objectivity.Continuous Quality Improvement: You monitor key quality indicators (e.g., audit findings) and use this data to drive proactive improvements in procedures and standards.YOUR PROFILETraining & studies - You have completed degree in engineering, quality management, production technology, or a comparable qualification Professional experience - You have relevant experience in quality planning and risk management, ideally in a manufacturing environmentAnalytical Thinking & Root Cause Analysis: You are skilled at identifying patterns, isolating root causes (e.g. using 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa), and translating findings into actionable improvementsStandards & Compliance Knowledge: You are familiar with applicable quality standards and their practical implementation, as well as experience with ISO9001Working Style & Mindset: You work independently, think in solutions, and enjoy deriving insights from quality data.
