Your pivotal role is to support our Practices in Hamburg providing 1st level support and working on improvement projects. You will closely collaborate with our full-time IT Engineer based in Berlin to support our North region. The Infrastructure team is part of the Engineering department at Avi and as such we collaborate closely with our Software Engineers to guarantee the security, reliability, scalability and high availability of our infrastructure at all locations with the ultimate goal of reaching our mission to democratize best-in-class medical care for a healthier society. Your responsibilitiesUnderstand the end-users and their needs and desiresEnvision IT solutions to serve the needs and desires of the usersConfigure hardware and systems to enable new functionalityContinuously improve existing IT systems and keep site documentation up-to-dateCreate automation to remove manual tasks across the companyWrite automated tests/checklists for functional and non-functional requirementsEnsure systems are correctly and quickly configured for the the end-users to useFix hardware and system defects causing bad experiences for our users during periodic site visitsCreate checks to ensure the system is behaving as intendedRespond to reports of defects from humans or automated checksOwn the 1st level support requests and contribute or escalate to the 2nd level support Engineer(s) Your profileTechnical SkillsVery good analytical and troubleshooting skills Good understanding of networking, systems and endpoint support.
