Senior Data Engineer (E-Mobility & Charging) (f/m/d) Full Time Hybrid Rosenstraße 18-19, 10178 Berlin With Professional Experience 9/29/25 Meet the team: As a Data Engineer, you will be working with our Data Team based in Berlin and will design and build scalable data pipelines and architectures that power critical billing, settlement, and customer analytics in the EV charging ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility across Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and BI environments.    Make an Impact by: Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines moving data from transactional systems into Snowflake and PostgreSQL.  Model and optimize large-scale datasets (billing, invoicing, charging sessions, promotions) for analytics and reporting.  Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to ensure clean, structured, and well-documented data models.  Manage integrations between Snowflake, Power BI, SAP, blob storages and other analytics tools to support business needs.  Advocate for data quality and scalability across the data architecture.  Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data infrastructure performance.    Your Profile: 5–7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in large-scale transactional or subscription-based businesses.  Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.  Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation tasks.  Solid understanding of data modeling (star schema, big flat tables) and BI integration (Power BI, Tableau).  Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based data warehouses, and version control (Git).  Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.  We offer: A unique opportunity combining the energy of a scale up with the power of  BMW, Mercedes Benz Mobility & bp Working on products & services with a high social impact An international team of talented people who love what they do and live a collaborative spirit An open minded culture with room for growth and the freedom to bring in own ideas Subsidized gym membership Subsidized office lunch benefit Personal development budget for your professional growth Monthly mobility budget Up to 2 days of home office in a week Offsite/ team events & much more and modern, sunny offices in Berlin & Munich … and of course the classics: delicious coffee & tea, fresh fruits and an office dog friendly environment   At DCS we acknowledge the value of diversity, promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination.
