JOIN OUR TEAM As Expert Lead Marketing Controlling, you maximise the return on our marketing investments and drive profitable growth across all channels and regions. You are a trusted partner to the CFO and CMO, combining strategic insight, financial acumen and data-driven decision-making to ensure every euro spent delivers measurable impact. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO monitor, analyse and challenge marketing KPIs (ROI, CAC, CLV, payback) across all channels and markets, as well as across our full funnel marketing approachidentify trends, deviations and efficiency gaps, providing targeted, actionable recommendations for rapid improvementlead budget and forecast processes, ensuring accuracy, accountability and alignment with our strategic goalsdeliver high-quality insights to guide channel allocation, campaign planning and long-term investment strategiespartner with senior leadership in performance reviews, influencing key decisions at board levelcollaborate with BI and Analytics to refine KPI frameworks, attribution models and forecasting methods YOU COME WITH at least 7+ years of experience in marketing performance management or marketing controlling within e-commerce, omnichannel retail or D2C businessesdeep expertise in marketing ROI modelling, KPI analysis and cost optimisation across markets and channelsproven ability to link marketing performance to profitability, shareholder value and strategic growthstrong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with C-level executivesproficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and advanced data analysis capabilitiesa track record of driving process improvements and fostering a culture of cost efficiency WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
