In this role, you will not only inspire our customers and support your teammates, but also take the lead in executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand identity and seasonal campaigns.Let’s talk about the roleThis is a part-time position (20 hours per week), ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling in retail and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.How you’ll make a differenceWe expect that our Sales Specialists help deliver a memorable retail experience by:Taking ownership of visual merchandising execution, ensuring the store is always aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal updatesCreating impactful product displays that drive sell-through and enhance the customer journeyCollaborating with store management to plan and implement floor moves and visual updatesProviding excellent customer service and product knowledge to all visitorsSupporting onboarding of new team members and acting as a role model on the shop floorMaintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environmentAssisting with operational tasks and occasionally supporting opening and closing proceduresWhat makes you the perfect Sales Specialist?You have a strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for visual merchandising and retail trendsYou enjoy working with people and creating engaging in-store experiencesYou bring a proactive, hands-on attitude and are comfortable taking initiativeYou have at least 1 year of experience in Visual MerchandisingYou communicate effectively in both German and EnglishYou are flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededWhat’s in it for you?We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment where you can grow your skills in both sales and visual merchandising.
