Senior Brand Service Associate

JOIN OUR TEAM As a Senior Brand Service Associate, you will play an important coordinating and organisational role by supporting our Brand Buying team in their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and working independently. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO Work closely with both the Brand Buying and Production teams on daily operational topicsPrepare new product go-lives on our website by supporting the Brand Buying team in the selection process and gathering all necessary information and images from our brand partnersCollect required data from brands to support our sustainability and compliance initiativesCollaborate closely with specific partners on our non-permanent assortment by establishing contracts and ensuring a stable partnership YOU COME WITH A degree in business, economics or a comparable field of studyA self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to multitask with a detail-oriented and structured way of workingThe ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and brand partners, paired with very strong written and verbal communication skillsGood knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus WHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
