JOIN OUR TEAMAs Senior ERP Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our ERP system to support Westwing’s growth and operations. You will lead strategic initiatives, work closely with stakeholders across teams and deliver impactful solutions to drive performance and scalability. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DOAct as the go-to expert for Microsoft Business Central within our Tech teamLead the strategic development of our ERP in line with Westwing’s business goals and expansion plansCollaborate closely with Finance and other departments to improve productivity and ensure optimal use of ERP in key processesGather, define and document complex requirements, translating them into scalable solutions in collaboration with our development teamOptimise Business Central environments to support international operations and accurate reportingPartner with cross-functional IT stakeholders to design integrated solutions across Westwing’s tech stack, leveraging AI where possibleMentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementYOU COME WITH7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Business Central, ideally at a Microsoft Partner or in-house at a complex organisationStrong expertise in financial processes, ERP system configuration and advanced reportingA track record of delivering strategic ERP projects with multiple stakeholdersExperience working with the Power Platform is a strong advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiencesA hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for driving change through technologyStrong project management capabilities, including planning, structuring and coordinating complex workstreamsFluency in English; German is a plusWHY WESTWINGAside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
