AufgabenAufgaben Du brennst dafür, Dassault-Plattformen wie 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA und CATIA bei Kund:innen erfolgreich einzuführen und echte Mehrwerte zu schaffen? Du willst den gesamten Sales- und Transformationsprozess aktiv mitgestalten – von der ersten Idee über PoCs bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss – und dabei eng mit Dassault und unseren Kund:innen zusammenarbeiten? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und treibe gemeinsam mit uns die digitale Transformation in der Industrie voran. Dabei warten folgende Aufgaben auf dich: Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen: Identifikation potenzieller Kund:innen, frühzeitige Einbindung in Transformationsprojekte und Etablierung von MHP als Trusted Advisor Sales Management & Co-Selling: Orchestrierung von Co-Selling mit Dassault, Begleitung des gesamten End-to-End-Sales-Prozesses inkl. PoC/PoV von der Qualifizierung bis zum Closing Entwicklung von Plattformstrategien: Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption von Value Propositions, Angebotsstrategien, Preisstrukturen und Marktpositionierung für Dassault-Plattformen (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA) Begleitung technischer Transformationsprojekte: Beratung von Kund:innen über technologische Strategien, Evaluierung, Umsetzung und Betrieb der Plattformen Go-to-Market & Partnering: Entwicklung neuer Ideen und Strategien zur Positionierung von MHP, Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen Projektleitung & Vertragsabschluss: Koordination interner Ressourcen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von Projekten und Rahmenverträgen AnforderungenAnforderungen Um für deinen Weg gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang und mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Dassault-Sales oder im Dassault-Plattformumfeld, mit nachweislichen Erfolgen bei Deals im Engineering- oder Produktionsumfeld Expertise in Account Management, Sales-Methoden, CRM-Systemen, Präsentationen, Verhandlungen und PoC-Aufsetzungen Leidenschaft für Dassault-Produkte (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA) und Erfahrung mit Plattformen im Engineering- und Produktionsumfeld Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Kommunikationsstärke, strategischem Denken, Überzeugungskraft, Teamfähigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen Wissenswertes vor der Abfahrt: Beginn: nach Vereinbarung – immer zu Beginn eines Monats Arbeitszeit: in Vollzeit (h) & Urlaubstage Arbeitsverhältnis: Unbefristet Bereich: Consulting Sprache: sicheres Deutsch & Englisch Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft Sonstiges: eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis; bei Bedarf können wir die Arbeitserlaubnis im Rahmen unseres Recruiting-Prozesses beantragen.
