The Working Student / Intern HR Operations provides operational support to the HR team, focusing on the core administrative tasks within the employee lifecycle. Boost your career with awesome people What you will do: Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR Information System (Personio)Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data during entry and ongoing maintenance, e.g., in onboarding new employees or adjusting existing profilesPrepare and generate HR documents and contracts utilizing existing templates in our HRISAssist in the full document and contract management lifecycle, ensuring files are consistently managed and compliantSupport the administration of employee benefits and the necessary registration/deregistration tasksAssist the HR Operations Manager with simple reporting tasks by pulling standardized dataHandle and resolve Tier-1 level employee inquiries via the HR inbox (e.g., simple requests for standard documents or process clarification)Provide general administrative and operational support for ad hoc HR tasks and special requests from HR colleaguesSupport the monthly payroll preparation process through preliminary document and information gathering Who you are: Studies: Currently enrolled as a student, preferably – but not necessarily – in a subject related to Business Administration, HR, or comparable fieldsStrong affinity for systems, data entry, and meticulous accuracy in workOrganizational skills and a structured approach to managing tasks in parallelProficient handling of data and systems, e.g., working with an HRISA team-player mentality and supportive mindset, i.e., rolling up sleeves with the intention of discovering learning opportunitiesEnglish and German language skills at level B2 or above are required Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions Invest in Your Future: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: We work in a hybrid setup with 3 core office days, plus flexible working hours.
