Achtung suchteine*n AI Creative, der*die Kreativität und Generative KI auf einem neuen Level verbindet – jemand, der*die Gestaltung, Technologie und Automatisierung zusammenbringt und Lust hat, die Zukunft AI-gestützter Kreation aktiv mitzugestalten.Dein Job bei unsDu entwickelst Ideen für Kampagnen, Filme und visuelle Konzepte.Du entlastest unsere Kreativteams bei der schnellen und hochwertigen Visualisierung.Du nutzt LLMs nicht nur zum Texten, sondern als kreative Sparringspartner für Konzeptentwicklung.Du erstellst hochwertige Stills und Motion Content mit generativen Tools wie Seedream, Kling oder vergleichbaren Tools.Du trainierst und setzt LoRAs ein, um markenspezifische Looks zu entwickeln.Du editierst und verfeinerst AI-generierte Outputs bis zur Produktionsreife.Du konzipierst und baust Production-Workflows in ComfyUI, Weavy oder ähnlichen Tools.Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Kreativprozesse – ohne Abstriche bei der Qualität.Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team an n8n-basierten Automations zusammen.Du bringst dich ein, wenn es darum geht, Kreativprozesse end-to-end zu automatisieren.Du scoutest und testest neue Tools, bevor sie Mainstream werden.Du teilst deine Erkenntnisse im Team und entscheidest mit, was für uns relevant ist.Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifftDu hast eine Ausbildung oder nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Grafik, Design, Film oder Werbung – oder ein Portfolio, das für sich spricht.Du hast ein tiefes, nerdiges Verständnis für GenAI-Tools für Bild und Video.Du bringst Hands-on Erfahrung mit ComfyUI oder vergleichbaren Node-basierten Workflows mit.Du weißt, wie man LLMs für kreative Prozesse nutzt – nicht nur Prompts schreiben, sondern Ideen entwickeln.Du verstehst, wie kreative Workflows in automatisierte Prozesse eingebettet werden können. Du bringst echte Begeisterung für die Materie mit und arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert.Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit – schriftlich wie mündlich.Ein Hintergrund in Werbung oder Agentur ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.Du bist offen für die zahlreichen Weiterentwicklungsangebote und ein ausführliches Onboarding, das wir dir bei Achtung anbieten werden.Du hast Lust auf kurze Entscheidungswege und ein Arbeitsumfeld mit Vertrauen und Selbstverantwortung.
