This role requires a balance of technical expertise, functional understanding, and business acumen.Job DescriptionAs a hybrid techno-functional Application Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technical and business teams. This dynamic role involves maintaining and enhancing Oracle Retail systems, performing hands-on development (SQL/PLSQL and Oracle DB), troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficient ERP operations. You will translate technical insights into actionable business solutions while directly contributing to system development and process improvements.Key Responsibilities1. System Management & Development Optimize and maintain Oracle Retail systems to meet evolving business requirements.Conduct hands-on development and configuration using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and RDS.Resolve technical and functional issues promptly to ensure business continuity.Integrate new modules or enhancements, focusing on seamless system performance and data integrity.2.
