Then join our team You can expect exciting challenges, an inspiring environment and a work culture that combines flexibility and collaboration – with our 60/40 rule and modern offices in Ratingen as a meeting place for ideas.As part of our team, you will take on the following tasks:You will be responsible for the product marketing of digital B2B services, platforms and SaaS solutions.You will lead and develop a product marketing team.You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies across the entire product lifecycle.You will ensure clear positioning of digital products with a focus on product positioning.You will coordinate closely with Product Management, Sales & Customer Service.You will work operationally in product marketing and take responsibility for SaaS solutions.You will use market, competition and product data to optimise positioning and adoption(product analytics, CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, and web analytics with Google Analytics).You use AI-based tools to analyse, optimise and scale product marketing measures.You define target groups, use cases and buyer personas.You establish processes, KPIs and data-driven working methods in product marketing.You coordinate international, cross-functional stakeholders. What makes you stand out You have several years of experience in product marketing for digital products, platforms or SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.You have initial experience in the technical and disciplinary management of teams.You have in-depth experience in go-to-market, product positioning and benefit communication.You have a very good understanding of digital product development as well as platform and SaaS business models.You have operational experience in implementing product marketing measures (e.g. launches, enablement, content).You are confident in dealing with market, competition and product analyses as well as relevant KPIs.You have experience in using analytics, CRM and marketing tools(e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics).You have practical experience in using AI tools in a marketing or product context.You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
