Your role in our team : Strategic and technical leadership of the Service Function Maintenance and Factory Planning, as well as the global Maintenance and Factory Planning departments within the CLAAS matrix organization (secondary line) Responsibility for group-wide standards of the Service Function and continuous optimization through harmonization, benchmarking, and qualification (establishing best practices) Development and implementation of strategies, tools, and methods for efficient, proactive maintenance management with a focus on digitalization (role as Product Owner Maintenance) Point of contact for the ESG organization, including: Coordination of initiatives to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions Definition of meaningful KPIs to create transparency and development of long-term standards for emissions reduction in operations and projects Optimization of internal and external services in Maintenance and Factory Planning to increase efficiency and reduce costs Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to ensure transparency of performance and cost-efficiency within the function Ensuring internal customer orientation and promoting sustainable efficiency across the area of responsibility Initiation and management of innovation and improvement projects to continuously advance the Service Function Maintenance and Factory Planning Your profile: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field Several years of professional experience in maintenance, plant planning, and/or facility management Strong expertise in digitalizing technical processes, ideally with experience in SAP PM, BIM, and 3D planning Experience in energy management and knowledge of relevant ESG requirements is a plus Strong customer orientation and high cost awareness Hands-on mentality with quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach, plus high flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and priorities Strategic thinking ability and capacity to understand and manage complex, cross-site processes Confident working in a dynamic, cross-cultural, and cross-functional environment Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage Willingness to travel Your benefits: Working in an internationally operating family business with a valued corporate culture An innovative and forward-looking working environment with state-of-the-art products Exciting, responsible and varied activities Diverse and individual training courses and development opportunities Flexible working time and flexitime models as well as mobile working to a defined extent Attractive remuneration & retirement provision Profit-sharing through the acquisition of silent partnership shares Other special services such as: Corporate Benefits, Corporate Health Management, Employee Benefits in the CLAAS Shop, Canteen, Laundry Service We look forward to receive your application Your contact in our CLAAS Recruiting Team Susanne Kurtz CLAAS Selbstfahrende Erntemaschinen GmbH (+49) 52471280558 Hier finden Sie weitere Einblicke in unsere Arbeit: |
