Our team operates across several mission-critical areas: Accounting & Finance Operations Data & Research (Qualitative & Quantitative) Grant Applications, Grant Strategy & Funding Research Community Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Microcredit Program Development & Partnerships Impact Reporting & Monitoring IT Operations & Systems Support Administration & CFO Office Support If you’re passionate about finance, community-building, or driving economic empowerment across East Africa, we invite you to design a role that matches your interests, skills, and ambitions. Tasks Where We Need Future Leaders 1. Community-Building & Organizational Leadership We seek applicants who can help grow and lead our volunteer, partner, university, and entrepreneur communities across Germany and East Africa. 2. Grant Applications & Funding Strategy We need leaders who can manage and drive our grant application function, including research, proposal writing, compliance, and team coordination. 3. Microcredit Program Leadership We are expanding our microcredit program and need people who can build partnerships, engage credit facilities, and organize field teams across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
