Lab Assistant

• As an essential part of our team, you support the product developers (m/f/d) in the field of non-alcoholicrefreshing beverages
• Your tasks include mixing and preparing samples of the latest developments
• You conduct lab-scale tests with a focus on optical and sensory quality
• You assist in the preparation and execution of customer visits
• You document data and development results in our lab management/project management systems
• You are responsible for organizing raw material inventory and maintaining and servicing the laboratoryequipment used

• You have successfully completed training as a food technology specialist, brewer, chemical-technicalassistant (CTA), biological-technical assistant (BTA), or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the development of food products, ideally in the beverage sector, is an advantage
• You have a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Your working languages are German and ideally English
