Responsibilities:

Development and continuous improvement of innovative sealing solutions for compressors and other turbomachineryIndependent management of development projects from concept phase through to successful market launchPlanning, execution and evaluation of development, qualification and validation testingDesign and further development of modular product platforms and intelligent modular systems for seal product familiesClose collaboration with international customers, suppliers, as well as manufacturing and service locationsContributing to future-oriented technologies for applications in hydrogen, CO₂, energy transition and decarbonizationDevelopment of sustainable and emission-free sealing solutions for a climate-friendly industry

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Fluid Mechanics or a comparable engineering disciplineExperience in the development and design of technical products, ideally in the field of turbomachinery, sealing technology or related industriesProficient in the use of modern 3D CAD systemsExperience in leading technical development projects is desirableAnalytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a high level of initiative and sense of responsibilityStrong teamwork and communication skills, with enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and international teamsVery good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
