For our latest logistics centre in Estorf (Greater Hanover area) we are looking for several motivated Operating Technicians (m/f/d) (Electricians / Electronics Technicians / Mechatronics Technicians) to start on 1 August 2024 .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of the energy management system
• Support with the creation of specifications regarding the construction / modification of new systems
• Creation of operating instructions for specially developed controls and functions
• Optional monitoring and expansion of machine software SPS (Siemens S7)
• Coordination of external service providers / tradesmen in the field of electrics / electrical engineering
• Procurement of spare parts for electrical components and devices
• Maintenance and repair of operating equipment
• Performance of preventive maintenance measures (machines, equipment, systems, buildings)
• Testing alarm systems in operation (SMS fault message, fire alarm, over-temperature server, smoke extraction)
• Implementation of safety instructions (theoretical and practical)
• Creation and monitoring of maintenance plans for the machines and adherence to the maintenance intervals
• Organisation in the event of extraordinary malfunctions and repairs to production machines and systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed training as an electrician, electronics technician or similar with at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Proven skills and knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical devices and systems
• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
• We require very good German and preferably good English language skills
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
• High team spirit and friendly appearance
• Physical resilience and good time management
• Willingness to work shifts and on-call duties
• A driving licence and your own car to get to work
