We look forward to hearing from you. As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.  As the successful candidate, you will:Participate in the transition phase from the formation to the project execution phaseEstablish proper commercial governance and Prime Contract (Hatch services) management structure for each large project depending on the complexity of each project and structure of Prime Contract including other relevant agreements such as joint venture and consortium agreementsPro-actively manage all aspects of the Prime Contract including analysis of cost, schedule and commercial risks and implement measures to mitigate and manage adverse impacts on the project and business caseEnsure proper project set up and reflection of contract payment terms into existing Hatch systemsImplement Prime Contract pricing and inflationary adjustments during all project phasesDevelop, with the Project Manager, the contractual relationships with sub-contractorsReview the commercial terms and conditions under sub-contracts such that they consider, where appropriate, Prime Contract liabilities, project insurance, cash flow and other payment related issuesImplement change management strategy working with the Project Manager and Controls ManagerReview insurance policies provided by Clients for compliance with the Prime Contract insurance requirementsLead any claims and dispute resolution processCoordination of final certificates and releases of performance bonds, letters of guarantee, release of liens, etc.You bring to the role: University degree at Bachelor or Master’s level in Engineering or Business Administration5-10 years’ experience in project management and contract management in similar industryAbility to function well in a team environmentStrong customer/client focusStrong negotiation skillsWell-developed written and oral communicationFluent in English and German PreferredKnowledge of project management in industries such as mining and metals, Infrastructure, and energyExperience in large EPCM, EPC, EP, PMC, Design-BuildKnowledge in contracts law or finance Why join us?Work with great people to make a differenceCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutionsTop employerWhat we offer you?Flexible work environmentLong term career developmentThink globally, work locally Don't meet every single requirement?
