East Bay BMWLocation: 4350 Rosewood Dr, Pleasanton, California 94588Summary: Responsible for explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers at the beginning of the sales process.Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desiredEducates customer on current product line options and basic product specificationsProvide product information (brochures) for customers when requestedDemonstrate vehicle features and technology features to customerEducate customer on optional equipment available for purchaseAnswers questions about the vehicle, technology, and featuresConducts test drivesConducts facility tours (service, parts)Conduct training classes for current customers on technologyProvides assistance to customers as neededWorks closely with salespersonSupports sales team as neededMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrates the Company’s Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
