Your clients will include nationally and internationally recognized brands such as C&A, Jägermeister, Beiersdorf, Wempe and many others.JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Solution Architect (div/f/m). In this role, you will be responsible for designing the best application and integration architectures for our AEM-based projects in digital commerce and experience management. You have hands-on experience with AEM solution development in an enterprise setting, which allows you to design complete solutions and oversee the implementation within our clients' ecosystems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make key design decisions regarding (but not limited to) integrations and data flow with e-commerce, ERP, Master Data Management, CRM, logistics service provider and payment service provider systemsBring architecture best practices to the table and you are able to influence, consult and convince client and internal stakeholders on architectural choicesTechnical consulting and further development of the overall technological solutionDevelopment of IT and solution architectures to optimize an existing implementationCritical but solution-oriented scrutiny of existing IT solutions and processes as well as service/system integrations, if necessary development of migration pathsDesign and oversee AEM-specific features, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.Define and implement DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AEM projects.Assurance of development qualityCoordination with stakeholders and technology partnersManagement / controlling of timings and roadmaps from a technical perspective WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Deep project knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and ideally marketing automation platformsProficiency in development technologies including Java, JCR, HTL, and OSGi configurations, as well as front-end frameworks like React or Angular for headless CMS implementations.Practical experience with APIs (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL) and middleware solutions for seamless integration.Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Master) are a significant advantage.Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with demonstrated success leading teams in an Agile environment.The ability to consult our clients and teams on the best implementation approachesYou speak and write English and German at a professional level (C1)You have the ability to travel occasionally throughout the region WE OFFER Company pension schemeFlexible working hours, working from home and abroad workLease bike options / JobRad Health & Wellbeing - you have free, anonymous and unlimited access to 1-on-1 online coaching and mindfulness consultations with psychologists via chat, phone or video call €30 per month - You can use the flexible package for digital food stamps and/or fitness providers/sport clubs/massage studios, internet costs, and/ or public transportFuture Bens - We cooperate with FutureBens and offer you exclusive access to sustainable, healthy products at attractive dealsA reputation for doing good.
