Senior Analog/AMS Design Engineer

Your assignment: Technical responsibility for development of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) blocks for automotive, from concept, through design, verification, silicon evaluation and characterization Ownership of the block design up to complete analog sub-systems (sensor interfacing and signal conditioning, data conversion, power management) with clear partitioning (IC analog, digital) and IP-based structuring of the design database Circuit development at block level with a focus on analog and mixed-signal components in high-voltage CMOS technologies Design of complex Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs such as Data Converters (oversampled Sigma-Delta or Nyquist-rate ADCs and DACs), Power Management sub-systems (voltage regulators, supply monitoring and voltage supervision, reverse polarity protection) Use of state-of-the-art design methodologies Technical guidance and supervision of Analog and Layout Design Engineers Ensuring the quality of the design through reviews in all development phases Support of Layout Engineers and Measurement Engineers Your Profile: Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics with focus on semiconductors or microelectronics Assertive, performance-oriented but also team-oriented personality Demonstrated industrial design experience and deep detailed understanding of analog and mixed-signal components/IPs (e.g.: bandgaps, amplifiers, LDOs, charge pumps, temperature sensors, ADCs, DACs, analog filters) including ESD and EM Experience of the development phases from concept, design, verification (pre-silicon) and evaluation (post-silicon) Experience in top-level SoC design and integration, organizing and moderating design reviews and tapeouts including the necessary sign-off formalities In-depth knowledge of design methods and experience with CAD tools (design, simulation, verification) Experience with high-voltage processes such as HV-CMOS, BCD including NVM/EEPROM Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies Our Benefits: Salary according to collective agreement (Summer holiday and Christmas bonus, as well as other special payments) 35-hour week according to collective agreement Flexible working hours with unlimited flexitime days and home office Sports offers; such as Hansefit, Jobrad Company pension scheme Individual training, development and advanced training offers In-house health management Corporate Benefits Team events and company celebrations Discounts in the company canteen Free parking spaces with EV charging station, subsidization of public transport tickets Relocation management Dependant on position and length of service.
