Join us as Staff Product Manager Accounting Europe to make accounting simple for SMEs and accountants whatever their setup Youll start with Germany then take what works to other European markets under the guidance of our Head of Product for Accounting
What youll do Fix a broken
experience:
Youll build an accounting page that surfaces our existing building blocks and integrations starting with ConnectLive with our customers: Youll spend your time with SMEs accountants and tax advisors to understand their habits and needsAssemble before you build: Youll combine existing building blocks to deliver value fast and shape what we build nextDefine the longterm vision: Youll set the product direction for accounting in Germany using AI to prototype and test ideas earlyScale across Europe: Youll adapt the offer to each market and to every segment from small businesses to SMEs and accountants What were looking for German fluency: You speak German natively and have strong English so you can work with local customers and Qontos European teamsCustomer obsession: You learn by talking to users and you turn what you hear into product decisionsProven scale: Youve taken a product from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled it and you think in outcomes not featuresSystems thinking: You can see which existing pieces to reuse and which to build then make the tradeoffsAInative workflow: You use AI to speed up research specs and prototyping and you see it as a product lever What we can offer you Local expertise on tap: Tax advisors who know the German market will support you so you dont need to be an accountantA head start: You start with a live tax advisor marketplace and a proven French bookkeeping engineReal scope: You own accounting for every European market outside France across segmentsAutonomy and AI tools: Your squad owns its roadmap and ships without red tape with unlimited access to the best AI tools Your future manager
