The position is located in a dynamic and collaborative research environment focusing on novel therapeutic strategies to overcome drug resistance in high-grade serous ovarian cancer. The project centers on the development and preclinical validation of next-generation lipid nanoparticle (LNP) carriers for IVT-mRNA delivery, both functionalized and non-functionalized with antibodies. These systems will be evaluated in patient-derived organoids and in vivo, using orthotopic and metastatic ovarian cancer mouse models, including PDX models, with the aim to improve targeted therapy and translational application. The position is a limited appointment for a duration of two years. Your Role: Conduct in-depth research into the role of IVT-mRNA in the restoration of tumorsuppressor genes in ovarian cancer and reversing therapy resistance. Perform mouse model experiments, including tumor induction, in vivo drug treatment, and assessment of tumor response using bioluminescence imaging. the development of Patient-derived organoid cultures. Perform functional assays to assess cell viability, prolif-eration, apoptosis, and drug sensitivity in cancer models. Develop and implement innovative therapeutic strategies, including combination treatments with targeted IVT-mRNA and cisplatin.
