The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About the roleCharlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operation but can also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.As a Regional Inventory Controller you willKPIsInventory adjustments as a % of total stockInventory accuracy between Own Stores and ERPStock availability across all stores and warehouses Integrity and accuracy of inventoryDiscover innovative methods to ensure continual improvements to own stores inventory accuracyWork to minimise stock losses; ensuring all adjustments are recorded with accurate root cause assigned and within acceptable tolerancesAssist with stock reconciliations between store systems and ERPAttend and report on the annual inventory counts for all stores in the region; investigate the results and provide feedback and reportsInvestigate and manage inventory discrepancies in stores and 3PLsProvide reports on store cycle counts and other inventory transactionsPromote best practise and provide support visits to stores for trainingMonitor Inventory Control mailbox and answer all queries in a timely mannerLooking at current processes and systems and identifying risksCollaborate with Global & Regional Inventory Control teams and cross-functional partners (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and ensure alignment with global standards. Perform regular stock reconciliations between WMS and ERP systems, investigate variances, and drive process improvements to enhance data integrity and minimize transaction errors.About youOBSESSED by detail and getting it right first timeExperienced in working with stores and 3PLsExperience with ERP systems is essential.
